Shop Slab Pour Done Right with a Line Pump

Here's what we were working with - a large shop build with a full rebar grid laid out, screed rails set, and a line pump hose snaking across the floor ready to move concrete exactly where we needed it. No trying to chute concrete from outside and hope it reaches. The line pump put us in control from the start.

That matters more than people realize. On a slab this size, inside a framed structure, getting concrete to every corner without disrupting the rebar layout is a real challenge. A line pump lets us move the material efficiently across the entire floor without a ready-mix truck ever needing to get close to the building.

Once the concrete was down, the crew got to work finishing it. Power trowels running across the surface, hand work tight to the walls - the result is a flat, smooth slab that the rest of the build can move forward on. That's what a shop floor needs to be.
